Psychological Assessment:
Extended psychological assessments (2-4 sessions) to provide you with a psychological understanding of the strengths, relational patterns, difficulties and possible areas for future work.

Psychological Therapy:
I can offer short, medium and long-term therapy for a range of psychological difficulties, to people aged sixteen and over. I work with a range of difficulties including:
- Anxiety
- Low self-esteem
- Stress
- Interpersonal and Relationship Issues
- Low mood
- OCD
- Eating difficulties
- Bereavement and loss
- Trauma, including PTSD
- Significant life events
- Sexual difficulties
It is of vital importance that therapy is individualised to your unique set of needs and I can offer a range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, which draw upon a range of psychological theories and approaches. I have a particular interest in attachment focused, relational models such as Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT) and Schema Therapy, and trauma work using EMDR and other trauma based approaches. I also use elements of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Mentalisation Based Therapy (MBT), and Mindfulness.
Therapy can be short, medium or long-term, depending on your needs and goals, and this can be discussed at the assessment.
All of my services can be arranged by contacting me, and I am happy to provide further information, either via email or telephone. I am also happy to accept referrals from General Practitioners (GPs), and other health professionals. I may also be able to provide services for those claiming through their insurance provider, so please contact me for further details around this.
I can also provide psychological formulation and therapy for Trainee Clinical Psychologists, as I believe this a crucial part of the training and development process. I can offer this at a reduced rate, so please contact me if you would like further details.
